Naadaan hai, apni barbaadi se pyaar bahot hai, Ye dil ke ab bhi tera talab-gaar bahot hai, It is naive, its own ruin it loves a lot, This heart still desires for you a lot,

Qadam hon rahai ulfat main tou manzil ki hasad kaisi, Yahan tou aain manzil hai safar main chor ho jana, When steps are in the path of love, what hurry for the destination, Here the real destination is to get annihilated in the journey,

Tumhare dar pe sada kham sar-e-niyaz rahe Namaz-e-ishq ka ye silsila daraaz rahe Sar-e-niyaz ka kya hai raha, raha na raha Khuda kare ke tera aastaan-e-naaz rahe Wo sar hi kya ke na ho jis pe ishq ka sauda Wo dil hi kya ke ulfat se beniyaaz rahe Maza isi mein hai aashiq ko zindagaani ka Kisi ki yaad rahe aur aah jaan gudaaz rahe Fareb-e-husn ke parde jo darmiyaan se uthe Niyaz-o-naaz mein kuchh bhi na imtiyaaz rahe Yahi hai haasil-e-ulfat, yahi hai maa�na-e-ishq Niyazmand rahoon main, wo beniyaaz rahe !!!!!!

Na mangeen wazahtain na mangi koi daleel, Dil ne to had hi kar di us par aitbar ki, We asked not for any explanations nor evidences,  The heart had crossed the limits in trusting them,

Tumne jo meri qabr par, aakar yun muskura diya, Bijli chamak kar gir pari, sara kafan jala diya, Main so raha tha chain se, yun hi qafan-e-mazaar mein, Yahan bhi sataane aa gaye, kisne pata bata diya, When you on my grave smiled like that, Lightening struck and the coffin burned, I was sleeping at peace in the coffin at the tomb, You have came here to tease, who told the address ?

Milain gi hum ko bhi apne naseeb ki khushiyaan, Bas intizaar hay kab yeh kamal hona hay, We too will receive out share of happiness, The wait is only of when this miracles will occur,

Aik din jub hua Ishq ka ehsas unhe, Wo hamare pas aakar pure din rote rahai, Aur hum bhi itne kudgarz thai yaron, Kai ankhein band ker kai kafan main sote rahai, One day when they realized the value of love, They came to us and wept the whole day, And how selfish were we friends, That with closed eyes we slept in our grave,

Lazim tou nahi kai zuban sai izhaar kiya jai, Kuch jazbon ko ehsaas bhi hawa detai hain, Kamosh muhabat bhi ibtedaa hai Faraz, Aaisi muhabat ko farishtai bhi dua detai hain, It is not necessary to express by the tongue, Some passions are given rise by feelings, Silent love is also a beginning Faraz, Such love is prayed for even by the angels,

Kaassh kai dil bhar kai dedaar-e-yaar kiya hota, Kaassh aai zameer thora tu nai intezar kiya hota, Vaaiz kai leye asan hai nahi anil munkar kehna, Kaassh kai iss vaiz nai kabhi pyar kiya hota, If only we had fulfilled our desire of looking at the Friend, If only oh my conscience you had waited a little, It is easy for the clergyman to talk of forbidding evil, If only this clergyman had also fallen in love,
